The 39th World Zionist Congress concluded in Jerusalem with the participation of the various Zionist currents and factions, setting the features of the forthcoming phase of the World Zionist Organization, from policy formulation and the allocation of funding to leadership appointments. The outcomes of the congress clearly revealed the ascendancy of the right and its dominance over the global direction of Zionism, ushering in a new phase that signals shifts in Zionist priorities in the coming years. This paper examines the most salient outcomes of the congress and assesses their potential future implications.
